SocialTalent AI ready design system

I built an AI-ready design system to move from ideas to working front-end code. I defined components, tokens, and key layouts in Figma, then I implemented those components in TypeScript and documented them in Storybook.

That documentation was critical. It laid out usage rules so the agents could reliably assemble interfaces based on our design decisions, not guesswork.

From that base, I generated prototypes for validation. Watchers linked my agent with the dev agents to create an automatic loop of feedback, fixes, and resubmission. I owned the visuals and UX; developers had final say on merging and shipping.

The outcome was faster iterations and more consistent implementation, with working code replacing a design-only handoff.

The structure

I built the system atomically. I set tokens for color primitives and then based of them semantics for light and dark mode, spacing, and radius, then created atoms and combined those into molecules and then organisms.

Each level reused the last, all driven by the same tokens and rules, with clear documentation so the structure was predictable and repeatable. That hierarchy is what the agents learned and followed, which kept everything consistent.

The result

Using the design system components, I generated a working prototype for an AI Playbooks platform. It's a tool where admins customize hiring playbooks. Job descriptions, interview plans, notes to ATS and automated workflows.

After user validation, we moved into production with dev. I owned the front end and UX, while they had final say on merging and shipping. It meant I wasn't handing off static mockups, but working code that carried the experience through.
